Description
High-efficiency, board-level thermal heat sink designed specifically for TO-220, TO-126, and TO-202 power semiconductor packages. Manufactured from 6063-T5 aluminum alloy with a black anodized finish to maximize radiation heat transfer, this part features integrated solderable PC pins for stable vertical mounting on printed circuit boards. It employs an angled-fin design to optimize natural convection airflow and is rated for power dissipation up to 9.0W at a $60$ °C temperature rise.
