This device is part of the DS90UH925Q family of products and is designed to provide high-speed serial communication between a host processor and a display panel in a variety of applications, including automotive and industrial systems. The DS90UH925QSQ/NOPB supports a data rate of up to 2.5 Gbps over a single differential pair and can operate over a range of temperatures from -40°C to +105°C. It also features a variety of built-in diagnostic and test features, including eye monitoring, built-in self-test (BIST), and loopback testing. The device is available in a small 32-pin WQFN package and requires a single 1.8V power supply. It also includes a number of built-in EMI reduction features, including spread spectrum clocking and scrambling, to help reduce electromagnetic interference (EMI) in the system.
