TPS54160AQDGSRDNTPS54160A3.5V to 60V Input, 1.5A Step-Down Converter with Eco-Mode2500 X REEL ROHS CHINA13 INCH REEL SMD The TPS54160A device is a 60-V, 1.5-A, step down regulator with an integrated high-sed MOSFET. Current mode control provides simple external compensation and flexible copmponent selection. A low ripple pulse skip mode reduces the no load, regulated output supply current to 1116 I¼A. Using the enable pin, shutdown supply current is reduced to 1.3¼A.
